Round table briefing for journalists dedicated to transparency and efficiency of the budget process in Ukrainian municipalities. Briefing was conducted as a part of the MBR’s information campaign for public entitled: “Become an owner of your city! Help municipal authorities spend your money effectively!” The campaign was designed to educate Ukrainian citizens about their rights and possibilities to participate in the budgeting process
